Notă biografică
E. Thomas Sullivan is President of the University of Vermont and former Senior Vice President and Provost at the University of Minnesota. With ten books and over 50 articles authored, he is a nationally-recognized expert on antitrust law and complex litigation. Sullivan has also written on judicial activism, judicial policies, and due process in the American legal system, including (with Richard S. Frase) Proportionality Principles in American Law: Controlling Excessive Government Actions (Oxford, 2008). Toni M. Massaro is the Regents Professor, Milton O. Riepe Chair in Constitutional Law and Dean Emerita at the University of Arizona. She teaches and has written consistently on constitutional law, due process, religious freedoms, and legal reform. Massaro's books include F. Daniel Frost and the Rise of the Modern American Law Firm (2011), and her articles include "Due Process Exceptionalism," and XLVI Irish Jurist 117 (2011) (co-author, with E. Thomas Sullivan).
