The assault of academia by a peasant mentality, framed in highly constricted mind, hijacked Academia in their short vision, limited task assignments, and a visceral opposition to all that represents progress, a urban, cultured attitude toward the world and civilization. We defend the need of a peaceful and constructive guerrilla warfare against this tendency, helping Academia to recover its role in the intellectual, spiritual and material progress and therefore the welfare of our societies.
