The Art of Good Eating is an eclectic collection of recipes, stories, tips and tricks written in various styles. Gourmet and sometimes technical it is appropriate for the skeptical home cook to be self entertained and entertain family and friends. I wrote this book because of my love of food and the social atmosphere it creates when you get people together (friends, family or even complete strangers ). "Good Eating" is about selecting, preparing and enjoying the best ingredients available in a relaxing social atmosphere. When we cook meals at home it brings family together. It is about "The Art of Good Eating" not a process to feed our families.
