The Baby Robin is an excellent resource for helping children deal with the loss of a loved one, especially a sibling. It was written from the heart of a similar loss when author Teresa Powers lost her grandson Mason Van Buren after he lived for only six days. Teresa wrote the poetical story that frames the book and commissioned the one-of-a-kind paintings that illustrate it.
