In 1918 Tsar Nicholas Romanv, his wife Alexandra and their 5 children were supposedly murdered at Ekaterinberg in Russia's Ural Mountains. Suspicions exist that some if not all of the Romanovs survived and came to the U.S.! The Bear and The Eagle raises questions about individuals in the U.S. helping finance the Russian Revolution, possible U.S. Government involvement, and the Tsar's fortune of more than $1 billion. It presents a plan for how the U.S. could help Russia solve its internal problems following the fall of Communism while providing export opportunities for the U.S. with an increase in domestic jobs. It also explores the death of a former Director of the CIA, possibly because he was going to reveal the long held secrets of the Romanovs and the involvement of the U.S.. It brings two direct Romanov descendants to Russia to help stabilize the country and act as a bridge between Russia and the U.S.. Fact or fiction? It is left to the reader to decide.
