The author, Berndt Botman, is an electrical engineer by profession. He has also been a keen Bible student since he was born again in 1975 at age 24. He has been for a year 82/83 in a Bible School in UK in order to prepare for Missions, Wycliffe Bible Translators. After one year in Bible school he returned to his own country, the Netherlands. He married Manuela and he and his wife now have a family with 4 grown-up children. He became, among other subjects, interested in chronologies based on the Bible. This is also a refutation of the evolution theory Now it struck the author, that there were many discrepancies in the chronologies, composed by sincere Bible believing Christians. So he started praying for insight in this matter. Then slowly he found answers that gave him peace. Because of his work abroad he had time for further study in the evenings. Finally he reached a point, that gave him peace and put his findings into writing.Friends who read a copy of the manuscript and especially my oldest son Johannes encouraged me to publish it for a wider audience.
