Alzheimer Disease represents an important area of research in neurobiology, cell biology, developmental biology, and pathology. Understanding the nature of the changes that occur in neurons as the disease progresses accumulation of amyloid beta and neurofibrillary tangles is obviously important as we try to develop therapeutic approaches.
