Congyan Cai is a professor of international law at Fudan University School of Law and an Honorary Professor at East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), China.
Huiping Chen is a Professor of international law at Xiamen University School of Law and the Secretary-General of the Administrative Council of Xiamen Academy of International Law.
Yifei Wang is a Ph.D. Candidate at international law at Xiamen University School of Law.
