Kersten Jensen is a good mom. In spite of her busy career, she takes the time to create traditions and memories with her husband and children. With all her great qualities, Kersten lacks one very important one, patience. As Christmas nears, Kersten's attempt at creating holiday memories is once again foiled when she explodes at four-year-old Alex.
