Public țintă

Most interested audiences are:
  1. Every therapist who has already purchased the first or second book on the topic, as an accompanying or complementary text.
  2. Therapists undertaking or considering taking training in MiCBT.
  3. Clinicians and students from various mental health disciplines. These form the typical, but not exclusive, audience of our courses and workshops, and include:
  • Practising psychologists from various orientations, including clinical psychology, health psychology, counselling psychology, educational psychology and sport psychology.
  • Other professionals including psychotherapists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, social workers, general medical practitioners with interest in mental health, and other mental health professionals.
  • Medical and cognitive science students.
Secondary market:
  • Academics teaching or researching in these areas. This book will be a useful research tool given its manualised approach. We are already using a very rough sketch of it in our current studies.
  • Organizational psychologists will also be able to use the book and slightly modify the delivery of MiCBT for their client population.
  • School teachers, especially those assisting students with disabilities (e.g., ADHD) or behavioural problems, will also be easily able to use this book by following our instructions for modifying the implementation protocol.
