The Coffee Shop Meditations is a journey into the self, taken from four aspects of the world around us. These are "The Universe," "Mother Earth," "Humanity" and "Emotion." Each section is connected to one another, just as is every word. The book is written in such a way that one can begin to see how everything we do is connected and that in the end, it starts with a journey into the self. The Coffee Shop Meditations will take you through a unique reading experience that will allow you to see yourself in relation to the rest of the world. The Meditations themselves look into the patterns in the world around us and how they affect us as human beings. In doing so, The Coffee Shop Meditations take a unique implicit perspective on how we as human beings have the power to change things in our lives and in the world around us.
