Nietzsche denounces in the modern State its monstrous character. This monstrosity resides in its lie. Its demagogy is the fact that it claims to come from the people, to be their emanation. In reality, the figure of the modern state is based on a manipulation of the people for its own selfish ends. The modern State puts a burden on the people and destroys in them any attempt to surpass themselves. Thus the happiness of the people is compromised. The examples in Africa testify well to the face of this "cold monster". For Nietzsche, the modern state has no legitimacy. Hence the dream of a new institution that would foster and protect the blossoming of man. Our objective, through this book, has been to expose the mediocrity of people, in the state modernity and the solutions that Nietzsche proposes.
