At the height of the Cold War, only a handful of top U.S. military officials knew about the nuclear powered fast attack submarine known as Moby Dick. Funded as a black project under the codename Challenger, it was the smallest, fastest, and stealthiest submarine in existence. It was potentially the military's greatest weapon...until it went missing. Now, after a Soviet submarine is mysteriously destroyed in Russian waters and the Americans are blamed, it's clear that whoever took control of Moby Dick has more than just a weapon; their hand holds the detonator to start World War III.
