Wyoming
Survey

Analysis

adjunct
professor

Department
of

Science

of
Wyoming.

has

as
health
and
human
services
advisor
to
the
governor
of
Nebraska,
on
numerous
councils
and
coalitions,
and
as
technical
assistance
provider
to
states
and
communities
throughout
America.
