Notă biografică
Edited by Dr Eoin Carolan.Dr Eoin Carolan PhD LLM LL.B is a barrister and lecturer in law at University College Dublin. He is an expert in Irish constitutional law, administrative law and media law. Eoin is a graduate and former Scholar of Trinity College Dublin, where he lectured constitutional and administrative law for a number of years before joining UCD. He is also a graduate of the University of Cambridge and a former Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School.
