The Character Oriented Roleplaying Engine (Beta) is a set of rules and guidelines curated from almost twenty years of roleplaying and built around the d20 System tradition. Core represents an extensive set of rules or "engine" intended to power any kind of role-playing game ('RPG'). The system consists of a set of balanced rules, which should be viewed more as building blocks or guidelines, allowing players to create their own games.
