Recenzii
'After reading Volume one - The Design of Cross-Cultural Training, and then following up with volume two - Activities for Cross-Cultural Training, it's plain that this composite work is not only highly useful but essential, as the whole field of training across cultures is dealt with in a very positive and specific manner. Both the design aspects and learning activities are extremely practical. Useful? ***** Well-written? ***** Practical? ***** Inspirational? ***** Value for money? ***** Overall *****.' Personnel Today, January 2006 'This logical progression should help any trainer who is new to the subject to design a learning programme...provides an excellent resource to develop most types of cross-cultural communication training and can be used as a solid foundation around which more specialist courses can be designed.' People Management, November 2005
