Throughout our lives we face many challenges. Life can be wonderful but life can also be harsh. As a teen i had no self esteem, lacked confidence and felt i was alone. I didn't really know how to express myself and i didn't have anyone to discuss my problems with.Like so many troubled teenagers, i thought there was no point in living and i even attempted suicide. I wanted to share my experiences in the hope that others can realise there is a point to living and no matter how lonely or down you feel, you get through it. This book covers my life from childhood through to the age of 40. There are many stories, some will make you laugh and some will make you cry. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
