As Head of the Last Watch, I not only sail across blackest night, but I enter the abysmal darkness of the minds of the rescued. I shelter my family from these stories. They need protection. They are weak from seeing the crushing weight of great peril. About the end? We aren't blown up in a bang, nor do we fade away in fizzle. It but comes as the Inspired-Horrible, havoc their reek and disgust upon the screaming. I now give this accurate story and logbook of endurance to show that Evil turns on itself in that final dark hour before the return of God.
