This family history documents the life of Adam and Isabella (Scott) Edwards and their six children, George, William, Robert, Adam, Annie, and Joseph. The first and second parts of the narrative describe the early history of the Scott and Edwards families in Scotland. The third part provides information about the arrival of the family in America and the fourth part profiles the life of each member of the Edwards family after they arrived in Philadelphia in the late 1840s. The profiles are arranged chronologically in the order in which the family members died.
