Many teachers participate in gender-biased action without being conscious of it.Even some teachers claim that they treat all their students the same way, but when they analyse their own attitudes and behaviours they discover the pervasive nature of gender inequity in their classroom. In fact, Teacher gender biases have many effects on student¿s achievement, performance, and progress this has been noticed but it needs scientific confirmation.
