Notă biografică
Carl Baudenbacher is the President of the EFTA Court and Professor of European Law at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Per Tresselt was Director General in the Legal Department of the Norwegian Foreign Ministry and Ambassador to Berlin, and then Moscow, before becoming a Judge of the EFTA Court.Thorgeir Örlygsson was a Judge in the City Court of Reykjavík, Professor and Dean of Law at the University of Iceland, and then Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Iceland before becoming a Judge of the EFTA Court.
