When you watch someone

do something - serve a tennis ball, say, or get pinched by

a needle and know precisely what they have to know like

you are in their shoes?

So far, there has also been something of a

mirror neuron outcry, with some scientists suggesting

exaggerating the importance of mirror neurons.

Empaths are known for their much-developed ability to

sense the emotions, thoughts, and feelings of the people

around them, occurring in an estimated 5 percent of the

population. As people usually put it, "empaths often have

the ability to feel others at several different levels," which

includes the ability to understand deeply what a person

wants, yearns for, and is actually doing, suffering, or

thinking, as well as the ability to feel the physical illnesses

of other people. These events manifest as energy waves

that can be identified or "tuned in" by the finely tuned

Empath.

Empaths have an ability that is both a blessing and a curse,

generally known as clairsentience and HSPs. The Empath,

on the one hand, is an outstanding listener and counselor,

who knows the best way to console and support those

around them.It is normal for the Empath to be

weighted down and continually overburdened by other

people's negative emotional energy, frequently causing

physical and psychological disharmony.

While the Empath has a wonderful gift and is often deeply

valued by those around them, they are often questioned

and confronted with their inherent gift by a variety of

mistaken perceptions.

society, which values productivity, cold calculation, and

industrial resilience, is not at all trendy or common.
