Poppy O'Neill has written several books on mental health and emotional well-being for children and adults, including the best-sellers Don't Worry, Be Happy and You're a Star. She has an MA in creative writing from the University of Chichester, where she won the Kate Betts Memorial Prize.

Based in the vibrant city of Buenos Aires, Caribay M. Benavides is an artist who thrives on joyous, lively artwork with a folksy hint of the surreal and plenty of big, bold color. She illustrates in a style that's highly individual and puts the emphasis on fun in her own, unique, exuberant way.

Wynne Kinder M. Ed. is an educator and author. She has spent eighteen years creating, training, and integrating mindfulness, choice-based, trauma-informed practices, re-regulation processes, and social emotional skills into PreK-12+, graduate classrooms, schools, and teacher training.
