New beginnings are difficult for everyone. This beginning that you are about to undertake will lead to a new and changed life; a life never before even imagined. This program, like all worthwhile change, will be difficult and sometimes even seem impossible. You will want, at times to quit and retreat into your old self: your old habits, behaviors, relationships and problems. We urge you to stay the course. You can do it if you want to bad enough. 2.
