Burns H. Weston is the Bessie Dutton Murray Distinguished Professor of Law Emeritus at The University of Iowa School of Law and Director of the University's Center for Human Rights.

Stephen P. Marks is Francois-Xavier Bagnoud Professor of Health and Human Rights at Harvard School of Public Health.
