Recenzii
"It is a major working tool that any person referring to the Genocide Convention should have to hand."
Prof. Shabtai Rosenne, Israel Yearbook on Human Rights, Volume 39, 2009, pp.379-386.
"These volumes contain a blow-by-blow account of all meetings, and statements, now available in this handy collection of critical documents. One feels like one is actually present at the key proceedings, starting six decades ago, because of the availability of this intriguing resource. It is appropriately introduced via the Forewords by the International Court of Justice President Rosalyn Higgins, and International Criminal Court President Philippe Kirsch. One can now check every academic or diplomatic reference to the Convention, and its asserted application to the case at hand, with this verifiable research dream come true."
ASIL UN 21 Newsletter Issue 39 May 2009
"This accurate compilation of the travaux préparatoires of the Genocide Convention, with its indispensible
index, will make the legal and philosophical debates that generated the text accessible to a much wider audience
of students and practitioners."
William A. Schabas, American Journal of International Law, April 2010.
