As a first-time author, I am passionate about this project and believe it fills a gap in the market. I own a consulting agency and work in marketing and innovation, but I'm also a mother to two strong-willed girls. Growing up, I was told that I was bossy and talked too much, traits I see in my own daughters. Being confident, brave, resilient, and speaking up are crucial qualities that can help individuals achieve their goals and succeed in various aspects of life. Confidence allows one to believe in themselves and their abilities, leading to a positive self-image and the courage to take on challenges. Being brave means facing fears and taking risks, which can lead to personal growth and new opportunities. Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks, learn from failures, and keep moving forward. Finally, speaking up means having the courage to express one's thoughts, ideas, and opinions, leading to effective communication and the ability to advocate for oneself and others. Together, these qualities create a powerful combination that can lead to success in both personal and professional life.
