The gold belongs to the Ruler of a small Arab country. More importantly to the Ruler, however, sunk with the gold in a recent shipwreck, is the Golden Desert Rose, a priceless family heirloom, thought to have been lost forever to the Ruler and his country in almost one hundred metres of water.
