The Great Ormond Street Nurse

Autor Vanessa Martin
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 19 ian 2022
From the moment Vanessa Martins stepped foot inside the world's most renowned children's hospital, she knew that if she got through her first day she may well have a career as a trainee pediatric nurse. But she had to get through the day. It wasn't easy since her first run in was with the very strict and orderly matron. Things don't exactly go to plan but Vanessa is young, passionate and determined to succeed. What follows is a heart-warming, life affirming and at times heart-breaking account of her time there. Her only motivation was to care for and nurse the many children who had to be treated at this remarkable hospital.
