Notă biografică

Hailin Lan, Ph.D., is a full professor and Ph.D. supervisor of the School of Business Administration, South China University of Technology (SCUT), China. He serves as the Director of Research Center of Chinese Corporate Strategic Management of SCUT. Professor Lan has commenced research, teaching and consulting on corporate strategic management since 1990. He is honored as National Talents in Philosophy and Social Science of China and as Outstanding Social Scientist and Prominent Educator of Guangdong Province, China. Professor Lan has conducted two Key Projects of National Natural Science Foundation and Key Projects of Philosophy and Social Sciences Research of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, whose achievements have been ever successively awarded the first, second and third prize for the Scientific Research Excellent Awards of Colleges in Humanities & Social Sciences by Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
