The initial values are the source values of the particles in the quantum level, an internal quality, but they cannot be detected in measurements, probably due to the relative motion and mutual interaction existing between the particles in reality. In fact, laboratory measurements yield the relativistic reflection of the particles, without exposing the more basic level, concealed underneath. This new revision presents new topics that include new discoveries on the inner structure of the proton and the neutron with their quarks, and the source of the weak force bosons related to this inner structure. The theory also predicts the characteristics of the so called Higgs boson that might be found this year 2012 at CERN LHC , in the vicinity of 128 Gev energy interval, and also give a new look on what really are the top and the strange quarks.
