ANGER is a normal emotion. The goal is to gain power over ANGER and to be in control. You will learn to recognize your own anger signs and your triggers. In addition, you will learn to recognize anger signs and symptoms in others.

About the Author Mary A. Guillory-Johnson is board certified in anger management and a licensed counselor. After school and 4000 clinical hours she went to work for the University of Texas as a counselor. She took various refresher courses with Rice University in Houston. Mary studied two years with the Writers Institute and has several successful published books. One of her books is used as a learning tool in the public school system throughout Texas. Mary is active in her church and has served as Director of Religious Education for the youth. She currently assists in marriage preparation counseling and holds additional certifications in domestic violence counseling and grief counseling. She lives in Texas with her family.
