Recenzii
"It's been a delight to meet again the eccentric characters in the fictitious village of Drum Mhor in the Scottish Highlands. The new characters we meet are diverse and fascinating: Geologist Peter Matheson, who has returned to the glen after an absence of many years, and his Chinese wife and lovely daughter are a constant source of interest to the residents of Drum Mhor, but Dolly MacBride has other things on her mind... I couldn't put the book down! Will Gael write a third volume to 'The Highland' series? I do hope so, and I shall be one of the first to buy it if she does!" - JACK SULLIVAN, AMAZON REVIEWS // "This is a sequel to 'The Highland Games' set in the Scottish west-coast village of Drum Mhor, but it works too as a standalone novel. As usual, Gael Harrison evokes a wonderful sense of place and her characters are recognisable but never stereotypes. If you're a fan of 'Monarch of the Glen' - and who isn't? - you'll love this." - MARJORETTE, AMAZON REVIEWS //
