Recenzii
This is an excellent book to mark the development and accomplishments of what is now the world's leading court for construction and engineering cases . The History of the Technology and Construction Court on its 150th Anniversary provides us with an admirable insight into the past, and an invigorating reflection on the present TCC. It helps us to take stock of where we are, and how we got here.
