The Ice Clan takes place 10,000 years in the past-a time when the great mammals are disappearing and the receding glaciers have left a cold and forbidding climate in the wild lands on the shores of Lake Superior. It is a desperate time for the Clovis tribes of the north who are fighting for survival.
