The Iron Daughter: The Iron Fey
Autor Julie Kagawaen Limba Engleză Paperback – mai 2011
Half Summer faery princess, half human, Meghan has never fit in anywhere
Deserted by the Winter prince she thought loved her, she is prisoner to the Winter faery queen. As war looms between Summer and Winter, Meghan knows that the real danger comes from the Iron fey-ironbound faeries that only she and her absent prince have seen. But no one believes her. Worse, Meghan's own fey powers have been cut off. She's stuck in Faery with only her wits for help. Trusting anyone would be foolish. Trusting a seeming traitor could be deadly.
But even as she grows a backbone of iron, Meghan can't help but hear the whispers of longing in her all-too-human heart

Maria Nastasia a dat nota:
Huh, I was so annoyed in some parts of this book, annoyed by Meghan btw. So I was so determinate that I won't give it more than 4 stars. I still love this whole concept and the story basically. Like I said Meghan cought that annoying-girl-cries-all-the-time syndrome but I'm so used to it that I could see it coming. Beside that story was great. Twist and turns kept the whole story readable and interesting. Ash, my dear was lovely as always. Puck is great and funny and I do really like him. But, there is always that "but", I know which team I'm in. So I knew what I was going to do with rating here, I really like it, but it wasn't amazing. Until the end. Dammit! I cried like an idiot. I just can't give it 5 stars, because of Meghan. So my dear, please stop acting like an idiot and be lovely girl like you used to be. Still I believe that next book will be even better!
