Daniele Gallo is Jean Monnet (Full) Professor of EU Law at the Law Department of LUISS University, Rome. Roberto Mastroianni is Full Professor of EU Law at the Law School of the University of Naples "Federico II", Italy.Fernanda G. Nicola is Professor of Law at American University, Washington College of Law, USA. Lorenzo Cecchetti is Postdoctoral Research Fellow in EU Law at LUISS Guido Carli University. He is also a Lecturer of EU Law at both LUISS Guido Carli University and the University of Bologna, Italy.
