Faced with having to write a biology essay on the Galapagos tortoise, but itching for the semester to be over and Christmas break to arrive, author Emma Latheron procrastinated with all her heart. Eventually, she came up with an essay, although not anything she could actually submit to her professor - so she put it in her sister's stocking instead. Now, in honor of her 30th birthday, this essay has been transformed to book format, illustrated beautifully by Conor Watts, and the miracle of Jesus Horses are now available to all.
