This book is intended to assist people seeking employment. It is not an "end all" for this topic nor is it intended to be a "rule and guide" for interviewing. This book was written to provide a brief, to the point explanation of the interview process. It was also written to provide tools, which an applicant could use, to enhance his or her interviewing capabilities. The information presented may be general knowledge to some. In other instances, this book may present information which is entirely new to you. In either situation, if you are seeking employment then this book was written to add perspective to the actual process of the interview and some of its purposes. "The Job Interview" shares the employer's perspective as it applies to the actual job interview.
