Jasmin directed her attention to her virtual reality device which projected holographic images on the retina of her eyes. She placed the wireless earphones on her head. Her eyes found it hard to focus in the fog. All around her there was an eerie setting. Spectral images began to form in the distance. On the sides, barely in the periphery of her sight, bright flashes of lightning illuminated the objects hidden in the nebular cloud that made up the fog. She was weightless with no physical form. Her body had no control; her movements were controlled by her environment. She was completely helpless.
