The power elite provided places to save themselves from the havoc wrecked upon planet Earth by a dwarf sun. After emerging from their underground bunkers they decided on space exploration. They found an occupied planet in the Andromeda galaxy that refused to allow them to colonize the planet. They extended their search and entered the Triangulum galaxy where they found an uninhibited plane that would support life. This planet they intended for a prison planet.
