Caracteristici
Revamped graphic design and new artwork inspired by Medieval illuminated manuscripts re-imagines this classic game from Peer Sylvester, the award-winning designer of The Lost Expedition.
Notă biografică
Peer Sylvester started his career in boardgaming quite early, because his dad needed an opponent in chess. In third grade he wanted to become a professional chess player. Instead he turned out to become a teacher for math and chemistry. An award-winning board-game designer, including titles such as The King is Dead and The Lost Expedition, he has written a number of books on the subject.Benoit Billion was born in Nantes, France, and was from a young age fascinated medieval history and illustrated manuscripts. The art, the costumes, the architecture, and the heraldry of this age has always served as an inexhaustible source of inspiration for Benoit, and the celtic, romanesque, gothic, and renaissance styles formed the basics of his apprenticeship. He has produced illustrations in traditional mediums for local societies, musicians, publishers, advertising agencies, public institutions, and museums.
Recenzii
The new Osprey edition is gorgeous
It looks good, it plays well, and I have had a brilliant time playing it
I would recommend it, it's neat!
A nearly perfect game, now presented at its most beautiful.
I enjoyed the Second Edition because it has all the good things I found in the previous edition, plus with more game modes now, more replay value, and more variety.
It feels like a classic game.
