There are many confusing theological positions in churches today. I didn't know for sure what I believed, and I wanted to know what was right. I decided to concentrate on studying the Word of God and reference books, but not theological dissertations about what others say it says, and trust the Holy Spirit to guide me into the truth. Then I discovered, by putting together some good teaching that I had received and my own study of the Word, that God has drawn a picture for us that puts all the pieces together. I began to see how different truths fit into God's pattern. The picture was extremely helpful because it was something I could share to help other Christians understand how Christianity works. That is what this book is about.
