PTSD is not a pathology, it is the crush of life's traumas breaking us. But life gives all of us hits, it can tear anyone down in many different ways. Most of us never reach the extreme of PTSD, but we know what it is like to muddle without purpose, to lose hope, to be afraid of living, to feel cornered by the labels others give us. But we are never just a label. And that is the cornerstone of The Ladder UPP. Whoever you are, and wherever you've been, you can build a new life fueled by passion and purpose.
