He really pushes the idea that it all begins with some inner stillness.
In a rush, rush world where dog eat dog business is making people more competitive this book is a refreshing break. It's amazing that these Laws of Nature have been around for more than 4,000 years and got "lost" when religions took over. It seems so logical that they can actually help us be better people. There's no competition.
At the end of each chapter there's a bunch of hints and tips, to help you along the way. This is where there's real life application. Things to do and most of them are so doable they can be part of your life by the end of a long flight and a good read. What are you waiting for? Go for it

Chris Walker is a comic creator, writer, creative director and more, or as he likes to say, a "creativepreneuer." Chris's work includes stints at Marvel and DC Comics as a colorist, and illustration duties for Ghostface Killah's graphic novel CELL BLOCK Z. Chris has developed artwork for Sony Pictures, Adidas, and Virgin Records, and hip-hop staples like P-Diddy, Eminem, and KRS-1. A storyteller at heart, Chris moved his artistic insights from the page to the camera with independent film projects that caught the attention of MTV and Wired.com. Recently, Chris has worked as a Brand Strategist and Creative Director, using his penchant for story to develop campaigns for brands like AT&T, McDonald's, and Honda, allowing them to speak to culture in an authentic way.
