Joe Sixpack-The Every Catholic Guy is obviously my nom de plume. My real name is Addledorf Clinkerdaggar Rostefuten. Not really, but if you stay with me long enough you'll figure out my real name. Mrs. Sixpack (affectionately known to me as "The Warden") and I live in the best rural parish in the whole Archdiocese of St. Louis, Missouri in the United States. Beyond our love of attending the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, we enjoy sitting on our back deck to watch the deer and other assorted wildlife, violating our diet about once a week, and reaching out to share our holy and ancient Catholic faith with other people. Prior to a devastating stroke, I was an architectural wood carver and furniture maker. I also carved gunstocks and tooled & fabricated leather products. I now make up for my inability to do those things by examining and studying the work of others, taking great pleasure in their talents and abilities. After the resurrection, and assuming I make it to heaven, I intend to ask God to give me a new, fully equipped shop to continue pursuing my passions as a craftsman.
