Recenzii
...fills a gap in research on legal analysis of EU-China investment relations...this book is well written and the author is very knowledgeable about international law, EU law and Chinese law. Shan does not merely provide an interesting and detailed overview of the existing legal framework of EU investment in China, but also gives well-reasoned suggestions for improving the current situation. The book is very helpful to anyone who works or does studies in the field of EU-China relations. It is an accomplishment that I admire.
.it would not be an exaggeration to say that any endeavour to explore the EU-China relationship would be of great value. [This book] is the most eminent amongst such endeavours
