Autor Hajjah Amina Adil Editat de Karima Sperling Ilustrat de Alia Sperling
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 30 iun 2006 – vârsta de la 8 până la 12 ani
The Light of Muhammad (s) is a children's version of Hajjah Amina Adil's six hundred page volume, The Life of Muhammad (s), which she compiled from Ottoman and Arabic sources. This was the last project of her long and productive life. It is the culmination of a life spent in the service and contemplation of God and His Prophet (s). Although there are many books on the life of the Prophet (s), this one is unique, because it focuses on the spiritual and cosmic nature of our great Prophet (s). Here simplified, it provides a perfect choice for children for whom the magical and wondrous are still a part of everyday life. Its aim is to nourish love for the blessed Prophet (s) in the hearts of all children everywhere. About the Author The late Hajjah Amina Adil, may God grant her peace, was called by all who know her, Hajjah Anne, mother. She was wife of the Grand Shaykh of the Naqshbandi Sufi Order, Shaykh Muhammad Nazim Adil for over fifty years. In addition to her own four children, sixteen grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, she raised and nurtured with love and wisdom the thousands of students and visitors who descend yearly upon the humble house of the Shaykh in Cyprus.
