The idea for this book, "The Lonely Little Chicken," came to me a few years ago when my youngest daughter suggested I begin writing books for children. I gave it some thoughtful consideration and decided that the story should have some suspense...a little drama...definitely some humor, but it must have a very happy ending I attempted to achieve these story objectives, and my fondest hope is that you will enjoy reading "The Lonely Little Chicken."
